6. Bathrooms - this room should have tiled or linoleum floors and should be clean with fresh towels, shinny faucets and mirrors, matching paint and shower curtains or glass enclosure. There should be no mould in the grouting or around the shower doors or on the window ledges and this goes for the bedrooms too.
