One of the reasons why the dining room stands out as a special place is because most of the family meetings are carried out in the dining room and the dinner is time for every member of the family to be there. You therefore don't want those embarrassing moments when your guests are present. Off particular interest is the number of seats that your dining has, compared to the size off the family. This is one of the most important things that you should always consider when you are procuring the dining room furniture.
The master bedroom should be well organized with nicely painted walls, bed covers and curtains the closets should be neat and not stuffed with clothing. Your potential buyer has to see themselves in that room and their clothes hanging in that closet so make the room look as big as possible.
Everyone feels that your home is your castle and you love it but and when it comes time to move and you want to sell your home you need to see it in the eyes of others. What you think is attractive, beneficial or great decorating will not be seen the same when showing your home to a perspective buyer.
Everyone's favorite is to get the windows covered. What to do? Well, as fashion comes and goes, so does window fashion. Nowadays it's the old that is making a come back. Heavy draped curtains from the ceiling down to the floor with a gold or silver venetian blind in the background, makes for a dramatic scene and is timeless.
4. Dining Room - should not have the childrens homework spread across the table or a puzzle being put together on it. It should look like a place where formal entertaining takes place. Drapes should be cleaned and match the dinning room wall coverings or paint.
